Returns Policy

You can request to return or exchange items purchased on our website within 14 days from the delivery date for the following reasons:

• In case of an error in implementing the size or customization that the customer chose, the full price of the piece will be refunded.
• In case of that there is an error in the measurements or customizations made by the customer that can be modified, the piece will be modified free of charge for the customer, with him bearing the shipping cost.
• In case of that there is an error in the measurements or customizations made by the customer that cannot be modified, the item cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law.
• The request for exchange or return will be responded to within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the item to be exchanged or returned.
